Volunteers Needed

 

Fellow NACDEP and ANREP colleagues:

It is time to sign up for volunteer activities for the 2016 NACDEP/ANREP Conference!
We need your skills and assistance to help us run the conference as smoothly as possible.

Please review the Moderator Spreadsheet and Volunteer Polls below and sign up for those activities where you can help.
IMPORTANT: Please include your NAME, EMAIL address and primary ASSOCIATION affiliation when providing your information.  


Concurrent Session Moderators (71)

Date & Time: (Various) Monday 9:15am – Wednesday 10:15am

Tasks: Session moderators load USB presentations, introduce speakers, distribute handouts and keep presentations on time.

Registration Table (14)

Date & Time: 90-minute blocks (two/block) from Sunday 11:00am – Monday 2:00pm

Tasks: Assist with registering participants, handing out registration packets, lanyards, etc., answer questions, represent and promote your association.

Silent Auction (14)

Date & Time: Various blocks (1-3/block) from Sunday 11:30am – Wednesday 1:00pm

Tasks: Shuttle auction items from registration table to auction room, assist with display of item, promote auction, and receive funds for items won (last session only).

Bob Wheeler 5K Run (1)

Date & Time: Sunday, June 26th 2:45-5pm

Tasks:  Sign in runners, UVM requires signature on Liability Waiver document, record when runners return, provide directions for refreshments and facilities.

A/V Set-up &Breakdown (36)

Date & Time: 60-minute blocks in morning and mid-day or afternoon (6/block) from Monday 7:00am – Wednesday 12:30pm.

Tasks: Assist A/V Tech from UVM to set-up and breakdown audio-visual equipment (laptop; LDC projector, etc.) in each of the 11 concurrent session rooms. If this is your "thing", please feel free to sign up for multiple sessions!

Date & Time: Monday, June 27th 6:45-9:00pm

Tasks:  Review an assigned set of posters and judge according to the criteria (rules and criteria will be made available to judges before the conference).
