2026 NACDEP Awards are NOW OPEN

Award Nominations will be accepted until 11:59 PM ET on Tuesday, February 17, 2026.

Winners will be honored at a ceremony at the NACDEP Conference, June 15-18, 2026 in Wichita, KS.

All application materials will be submitted through a Qualtrics survey, helping ensure that each nomination meets formatting guidelines, which helps support successful nominations and simplifies the review process. Review the Awards Descriptions & Application Procedures linked below for details.

There are character limits incorporated into the Nomination form to help prevent non-compliance with nomination guidelines. Nominations submitted that do not comply with award guidelines outlined in the Award Descriptions and Application Procedures will not be eligible for review.

Eligibility Requirements:

-       Eligible individual recipients must be current members of NACDEP as of December 1, 2025

-       At least two-fifths of team applicants (University/Extension professionals) must be NACDEP members (with the exception of Cross-Program, which only requires one member)

  • Outside partners/collaborators may be listed separately. This may include anyone who actively contributed to the development or delivery of this project and is not by a University or an Extension service. 

-       Efforts nominated must have occurred the calendar year prior to when the awards will be given.

-       The same program cannot be submitted for multiple categories within a given year.
